Q.  When does an AM or PM session start from and run until?

A. AM sessions are up to a maximum total of 5 hours between the hours of 7.30am and 1.30pm. PM sessions are up to a maximum total of 5 hours between the hours of 1pm and 6.30pm.

Can my dog have food at daycare?

A. Yes. All puppies are encouraged to have lunch here at daycare to ensure they continue their natural healthy growth pattern. Dogs are fed in our special doggy kitchen away from other dogs by our fully qualified staff. Lunch must be supplied by parents in an air tight container clearly marked with their pups name. Any 'leftovers' will be returned at the end of the day, to ensure you keep up to date with your pups required daily intake.

If any dog other than that of a puppy, can be fed, but this must be agreed with the centre in advance.

Q. My dog requires medication on a daily basis. Can you administer this?

A. In most circumstances, yes we can. There will be some paperwork to complete, but this can be discussed with you.

Q. How do I book my dog into dOggy daycare?

A. All dogs must complete an assessment and induction in order to register with us and use our services. The assessment/induction is free of charge, and lasts for an hour. We are able to accommodate regular customers as well as ADHOC days. Once your dog has registered with us, you can call or text your daycare with your requirements.

Q. Does my dog have to be spayed or neutered to attend daycare?

A. No. Each dog is taken on a case by case basis, but we do ask customers to read & agree to our spay and neutering declaration.

Q. Does my dog needs to be vaccinated?

A. Dogs must either have current/up to date full vaccinations, or a valid titre test. In some circumstances, dogs that are unable to have a vaccination for medical reasons, can be accommodated, but this must be supported by paperwork from your vet.

Q. Does my dog need to have the kennel cough vaccination?

A. No. It is not a requirement under the new legislation. Kennel Cough vaccinations is down to personal choice.
